• 

  1.Steel back stamping

  The base plate is stamped into precisely designed shapes of high-grade steel to different models

  2. Steel back process

  Adopting Advanced machine on Glue spraying and Sandblasting, according to the proportion of different raw materials weight requirement.

• 

  3.Ingredients & Mixing

  Adopting German high-speed mixer, automatic weighing and dosage, through the high-speed mixing machine temperature to make a uniform mixture.

• 

  4. Heat Treatment

  Semi-finished products are uniformly placed in the heat treatment chamber in the equipment room, and heat treatment is completed by stepwise temperature increase.

• 

  5. Grinding

  Chamfering, grooving, and flat grinding to achieve the assembled condition of the brake pads to meet the loaded dimensions.

• 

  6. Ablation

  Corresponding temperature is set according to the requirements of the technical parameters, so that the friction material which is not fully reacted is decomposed and the comfort of the first loading is achieved.

• 

  7. Electrostatic Spraying

  Setting the electrostatic voltage, temperature and baking time, the electrostatic adsorption process adheres the powder coating uniformly on the surface of the steel backing, beautifying the appearance and preventing rust from water.

  8. Spray Marking

  Semi-finished products with customer logo, product name or code, production batch, CCC mark, certification mark, part number, etc. printed on the steel back.

• 

  9. Accessory Installation

  Selective installation of accessories such as alarms, shock absorbers, reinforcement blocks, wires, circlips and spacers.

• 

  10. Quality Inspection

  Through LINK equipment comprehensive inspection, friction block material and cracks; the number and location of accessories installation, riveting firmness; the number of product matching, to ensure that the product is free of defects, in line with the national process requirements.
